About

Hi, I’m Louise McNicoll.

I’ve been a Remedial Massage Therapist for over 13 years, and helping people move has become much more than my profession—it’s something I genuinely love doing.

Early in my career I realised that the best outcomes rarely came from simply treating where it hurt. The real difference came from taking the time to understand the person in front of me, how they move and what was contributing to their symptoms.

Outside the clinic, I’m a mum of two and spend much of my free time running ultramarathons, strength training and exploring the outdoors with my family. Being active has taught me just how important it is to have a body you can rely on—not just for sport, but for everyday life.

That passion for movement is what led me to create Peak Motion Therapy.

I wanted to create a space where people feel listened to, never rushed, and where treatment is tailored to the individual rather than following the same routine for everyone.

Whether your goal is to recover from an injury, keep up with your kids, train for your next event or simply move through life with less pain, I’d love to help you get there.
